Time for Kids…and You

We understand the importance of having time for you. We also understand the importance of the little ones being taken care of so you can have that mommy time.

At H.E.R., we offer Kids Zone, a safe and fun environment for children from the age of 6 months to 12 years old. We provide games and activities to keep your little ones occupied and even offer a special workout time for them called Kids Kan 2. We want to help to insure that ALL AGES are included in the fun of fitness.

Our Kids Zone staff is CPR certified and a thorough background check is conducted prior to their employment. You can rest assured that they are safe and having a blast!
